Annual Registration Fees Registration opens one month prior to the start of each new session for new swimmers. Currently enrolled swimmers get priority registration, but payment must be received two weeks prior to the start of the new term in order to ensure enrollment. New swimmers may call ahead of registration to be placed on a waiting list at any time. A non-refundable annual fee (Sept through May) is due upon registration for every swimmer. This covers insurance and the cost of registration and it secures your spot for the year. Each child will also receive an end of the year certificate and progress report. An SFSC car stickers will be given out at the start of each school year to all participating families. 1 per child membership. Please make payments to: Swim Fanatics If payments are not received by the swimmers 2nd lesson, you will be reminded to pay in full with the late fee included. After the 3rd lesson of non payment, the swimmer will be dropped from the program and billed a $25.00 drop fee along with the amount due for lessons taught and late fees accrued. All late payments after the listed date on your bill will accrue a late payment fee of $25.00 This fee pertains to everyone. Please find out the late payment date by reading your bill carefully. If late payment is not received by the swimmers 3rd lesson, additional fees of $15.00 per month will accrue. If anyone refuses to pay such fees, by the end of the session, they will not be permitted to register for the next session without paying the outstanding balance owed. Returned Check Fee There will be a $25 fee for all returned checks, late fees may apply as well. This discount is for group lessons only. See team information for fees pertaining to year round team swimming. Faculty, staff, students, Alumni or (children of) Greensboro College will receive free registration at the Greensboro College/Reynolds location. Pro-rated Options We encourage you to start your swimmer in the beginning of the program session. However, lessons will be pro-rated per lesson for anyone whom would like to join in a session currently on-going. Registration will not be pro-rated during an active session.
