Thank you for choosing Swim Fanatics Swim Club’s Half Day Outdoor Adventure & Swim Camp this Summer!

We are excited to have your child participate and play with us. Please fill out the form below and make your payment. You will receive a follow up email from us confirming your child’s spot for your camp of interest. Our program Director will email you all the necessary paperwork and answer any questions you may have. Our staff will be in touch with you via email to confirm your child’s spot in the camp. We will then send you all necessary paperwork needed for this summer.
